🔑 Access and Account

Short: You must be of legal age and keep your account secure.

·       You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your region.

·       Parents may consent for minor dependents on devices they control.

·       Keep login credentials secure; all account activity is your responsibility.

·       Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned without permission.  

 

🎨 Products and Services

Short: Accurate descriptions, but handmade/art variations may occur.

  • Colours, sizes, and textures may vary due to device or handmade nature. 
  • Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without prior notice.  
  • Products and workshops are for personal use unless stated otherwise.
  • Follow instructions and age restrictions where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.  

 

💳 Orders & Payment

Short: Orders are confirmed only after payment; review before purchase.

  • Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline.
  •  Payment must be processed to confirm your order.
  • Cancellation may not be possible after acceptance.
  • All purchases are governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy.
  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date payment information.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Short: Estimated times, risk transfer, and optional local pickup.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • For tracked or insured shipping, responsibility transfers to the carrier upon handover.
  • For untracked small‑parcel shipping, the customer accepts the risk of loss or delay. Optional tracked shipping is available for an additional fee.
  •  Local pickup may be arranged to reduce environmental impact.
  • International shipping may have limitations; fees are shown on checkout

Short: Participation is voluntary; see Liability Disclaimer for risks.

  • Workshops and coaching are for creative, wellness, and personal development. Not a substitute for medical care, therapeutic, or psychological advice.  
  • Artchemira does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations from coaching or workshop participation.
  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk; follow all safety instructions.

·       Refunds and transfers follow the Return & Cancellation Policy.

  • We are not responsible for third-party content, tools, or websites. 
  • Purchases are made directly with Artchemira. 
  • Feedback and submissions may be used by us royalty-free.

  • Artchemira, is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use.

Short: Terms may change; Swiss law applies.

  • We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these terms are violated.
  • These Terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction in Swiss courts.
  • Material changes will be notified; continued use constitutes acceptance.  
  • Key sections (IP, liability, indemnification) remain in effect after termination.

·       If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
